By placing an order with Spitting Image Dolls ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Spitting Image Dolls produces custom, handcrafted dolls made to resemble the person described and photographed in your order. Each doll is unique and made to order. Because every doll is custom-made, slight variations from order to order are normal and expected.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders that may violate applicable laws or our policies.
The price per doll is $75 USD, inclusive of production and standard shipping. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected in full at the time of order via Stripe.
We are not responsible for exchange rate fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to high demand, shipping carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times after shipment vary by destination.
By submitting your photo, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your doll. We will not use your photo for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
The accuracy of the doll's likeness depends on the quality and clarity of the photo provided. We recommend a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. We are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from poor-quality photos.
Spitting Image Dolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
