Refund Policy

Summary

Because every doll is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. However, we fully cover defects, damage, and errors on our part.

1. Custom-Made Products

Each Spitting Image Doll is hand-crafted specifically for you based on the information and photo you provide. Production begins within 1–2 days of your order being received.

Because of the custom nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun, except in the cases outlined below.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests after that window cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already started.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@spittingimagedolls.com with your order number.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your doll arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered due to an error on our part, we will:

  • Remake your doll at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund — your choice

To make a claim, email us at support@spittingimagedolls.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (tracking shows no movement for 15+ days), contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will remake and reship your doll at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. The timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
