  • Physical details used to craft your doll: date of birth, gender, height, weight, eye color, and hair color
  • A photo of your face (used by our artisans to sculpt and paint your doll)
  • Your digital signature (for order authorization)
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Fulfill your order and communicate order status updates
  • Share your details and photo with our manufacturing partner to produce your doll
  • Send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number
  • Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Photo Storage

Photos you upload are stored securely via Cloudinary, a cloud-based image management service. Your photo is accessed only by our manufacturing team and is used exclusively for creating your doll. Photos are not used for any other purpose, including marketing or advertising, without your explicit consent.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information for up to 3 years for business record-keeping and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below), except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies to keep you logged in to any account features. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. If you have Google Analytics enabled on this site, anonymous usage data may be collected — no personally identifiable information is linked to analytics data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for us to hold your photo (note: this may affect our ability to fulfill your order)
